Caroline Barnard

Given her chance by the famous Vidal Sassoon salon in Leeds, Caroline quickly developed an appetite for the industry and later joined a new independent salon in Leeds where she worked for nearly 15 years. Caroline developed a large client base and developed a burningdesire to open a salon with the right philosophy.

Caroline offers both cutting and colour services and is dedicated to giving the correct service and advice for each individual client. Caroline takes a view that both the haircut and the colour should complement each other, as well as complementing the client and their lifestyle. By offering new and existing clients the same meticulous service time and time again, along with enjoying the company of everybody she serves, Caroline has gained the successful and satisfying career she has today. With these levels of experience and professionalism, Caroline plays a key role in tutoring the Junior Stylists.

Julie Raven

Upon starting in the industry, Julie soon found that she had a passion for precision cutting on both ladies and gents, something which she was taught at Vidal Sassoon where she qualified in 1994. As her career and skills progressed, Julie realised that she enjoyed being able to tailor a full package for each individual client. Colours, cuts, dressing hair, now she loves the lot! Having worked in some of the top salons in Leeds City Centre for over 20 years, Julie has developed a large client base, some of whom have been with her since qualifying 22 years ago at Vidal Sassoon. Julie puts this down to her love and passion for the job, which is as strong today as ithas ever been.

Having gained accreditation for her work from a number of industry recognised bodies, Julie can apply her extensive knowledge to any given situation and utilizes this to educate a new generation of hairstylists, teaching new techniques and demonstrating them on her own clients. Julie feels that high standards should be maintained every day to ensure the salon is professional, yet personal at all times for every client.

Louise Riley

With 11 years’ experience in the hairdressing industry, Louise has built a strong desire to make every customer’s experience individual. Louise has her finger on the pulse and enjoys incorporating new styles into her work. Louise feels that always adopting a friendly manner and being personable, whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism is the perfect combination for developing the relationships she currently has with existing clients, whilst also making new customers feel at ease.

Contributing heavily to the day to day running of the salon, Louise is a vital cog in the functioning of No.7 Bridge End and always likes to keep the Junior Stylists busy! She feels this work ethic ensures the salon will produce the best Junior Stylists in Leeds meaning it will continue to build on the success it already enjoys for years to come.
